What We Believe

We affirm the historical christian faith and proclaim the transforming gospel of Lord Jesus Christ. The gospel the good news and the best news anyone can receive. We believe:

1. In a living god that exists eternally in three people: the father, the son, and the holy spirit.
2. That God revealed in spirit the bible in a way that it is the only written word of God. the holy bible is the only authority that reveals God’s moral laws, his salvation from sin and the way we should live.
3. Since Adam and Eve’s disobiedence, the whole humanity has fallen short to obey God’s commandments of the law Jesus Christ tells us: love God wth all our soul and love our neighbor as ourself. man has become a slave to selfishness and has seperated from God and his neighbor.
4. Jesus Christ died in our place to reconcile us with God. his sacrifice provides emancipation from the power of sin that takes over our lives; he offers forgiveness for our faults; he reconciles us with God and one with the other. we are justified, accepted before God, not by works but by Gods immense grace through faith in Jesus Christ. we believe in the deity of Jesus Christ and his virginal birth, that he lived a sinless life full of miracles, in the death on the cross in favor of our redemption. and in the ressurection and ascension to heaven. we believe that he is sitting at the right hand of the father interceding for us as we wait for his return with great power and glory.
5. We believe that the holy spirit brings a sinner to repentance, the faith in the gospel and the christ ressurected, who gives the believer security. he gives gifts for ministry and is able to provide the necessities to the lost and to the opressed.
6. That all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ are a sole member, multi-ethnic, transcultural and international body called the universal church. its unity is shown when we extend further then the racial lines and denominations to demonstrate the power of the gospel.
7. Our principle calling is to communicate the gospel to every person and make disciples. nothing should distract us from fulfilling the great mission that Christ left us until the day of his glorious return.
